We believe that universities are among society’s most powerful engines for transformation and can effect great change by placing DEI at the core of their institutional practice.

Santiago Iniguez, President, IE University
Portrayed by the Financial Times as “one of the most significant figures in promoting European business schools internationally,” Santiago Iñiguez de Onzoño is the Past Dean and current President of IE University and a recognized global influencer in global higher education. He is the Vice-Chairman of Headspring, a company owned by the Financial Times and IE Business School, providing custom education programs for companies worldwide. Iñiguez de Onzoño serves on the boards of international higher educational institutions in China, Italy, France, Brazil, and Spain, and is the author of many books with themes concerning business, innovation, higher education, and globalization. Iñiguez de Onzoño is a regular speaker at international conferences and frequently contributes in different journals and media on higher education and executive development. He is one of the 500 Global LinkedIn Influencers.
Caryn Beck-Dudley, President and CEO, AACSB
Caryn is a multifaceted professional, currently serving as the President and CEO of AACSB. Previously, Beck-Dudley’s leadership roles included serving as the dean of the Leavy School of Business at Santa Clara University, the dean of the College of Business at Florida State University, and the dean of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. Supplementing her professional background, Beck-Dudley was an educator at both the University Of Georgia Terry College Of Business, and the University Of Michigan Ross School Of Business, in addition to being an attorney in commercial and corporate law. Holding a bachelor’s degree in political science from Utah State University and a JD from the University Of Idaho College Of Law, Beck-Dudley works closely with leaders from education, business, nonprofits, and government to reimagine how higher education can serve future workforce needs and improve society.
Greg Morrisett, Jack and Rilla Neafsey Dean and Vice Provost, Cornell Tech
A Carnegie Mellon graduate, Greg Morrisett is the Dean and Vice Provost of Cornell Tech. In the past, Morrisett served at Harvard as the Associate Dean for Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, in addition to being the Director of the Center for Research on Computation and Society. An academic, and a lifelong learner, Morrisett is a researcher who’s research focuses on the application of programming language technology for building secure, reliable, and high performance software systems. Morrisett is a Fellow of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and has received a number of awards for his research on programming languages, type systems, and software security, including a Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers, an IBM Faculty Fellowship, an NSF Career Award, and an Alfred P. Sloan Fellowship. Not only has Morrisett served on a number of Advisory Boards, but also he continues to pioneer in his field as the co-editor-in-chief for the Research Highlight column of the Communications of the ACM.
John Byrne, Editor-in-Chief, Poets and Quants
John A. Byrne is the founder of C-Change Media, a global digital media company of higher education content. C-Change now has five websites, including Poets&Quants.com, the highly popular destination for applicants to the world’s best business schools. Byrne is the author or co-author of more than ten books, including two New York Times bestsellers, and is the former executive editor of Businessweek, editor-in-chief of Businessweek.com, and editor-in-chief of Fast Company. He also is the creator of the first regularly published rankings of business schools for Businessweek in 1988 and the author of several business school guidebooks. He wrote an unprecedented 58 cover stories for Businessweek and is the only business journalist to have written covers for Businessweek, Fortune, Forbes and Fast Company magazines.
Renée T. White, Provost and EVP for Academic Affairs, The New School
Dr. Renée T. White is the provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs of The New School. With more than 25 years of experience working in higher education, Dr. White previously served as the provost of Wheaton College, a sociology professor, and the academic coordinator for Diversity and Global Citizenship at Fairfield University. In addition, Dr. White is both an author and an editor, and currently is conducting research in the areas of the impact of public discourse on social policy concerning reproductive rights, representations of Blackness in popular culture, and applications of black feminist theory to higher education leadership. She is a member of the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Women and Gender in Higher Education, serves on the Vision 2020 National Leadership Circle, and has served on the Chief Academic Officers Task Force of the Council of Independent Colleges. Dr. White holds an AB with honors from Brown University and an MA and a PhD from Yale University.
Rafif Srour, Academic Director MBD, IE University
Rafif Srour Daher is a Professor and Academic Director of the Bachelor in Business and Data Analytics at IE University She has fifteen years of experience in teaching, analytical and empirical research consultancy and data analysis. She has consistently proven her ability to work in international and multicultural environments, with experience in Lebanon, the U.S., and Spain. She considers herself to be a life longer learner, both academically and personally, and a five-time winner of IE’s Best Professor Award. She is also a strong advocate of using coaching and mentoring to help students improve their academic performance and overall learning experience.
Judith Spitz, Break Through Tech Founder and Executive Director, Cornell Tech
A technology and communications leader, Judy was a chief information officer at Verizon. On a mission to create a world where women not only gain access to the technology field but become the next generation of technology leaders, Judy founded Break Through Tech, a national initiative launched at Cornell Tech. She is a sought-after public speaker and has been recognized with numerous honors and awards. Judy originated the initiative in 2016 with a program known as Women in Technology and Entrepreneurship in New York (WiTNY), created in partnership with the City University of New York (CUNY) and a broad set of industry partners.
David Harlley, CEO & Managing Partner, Third Way Capital
David Harlley is an experienced business leader, engineer, and start-up coach. He began as a design engineer and project manager in the construction industry, overseeing medium and large-scale mechanical-electrical projects across multiple sectors, including healthcare, transit, commercial, and residential. Prior to co-founding Third Way Capital, David held executive positions in engineering firm WSP, specializing in corporate strategy and restructuring, and leading regional operations. David gained his MBA from the elite IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
George Ayeh, CEO, Fastcare Clinics
George “Archie” Ayeh, MBA, MMSc ’17 is the chief executive officer of Fastcare Clinics. He holds an MMSc in Global Health Delivery from Harvard Medical School. George has over 17 years of experience in healthcare delivery in over 10 countries.
