UrbanMix is a real-estate software that brings the reuse of existing buildings into the smart city era. It uses interactive 3D models with a machine learning engine that simplifies the workflow, automates decision-making, and increases developers' returns. Founded in 2022, UrbanMix is rooted in cutting-edge research on urban redevelopment and the housing crisis and leverages this knowledge to retrofit the current multifamily building stock efficiently. Since 2019, co-founders Sharon Yavo-Ayalon and Daphna Levine have been developing technology-driven tools to improve decision-making in urban redevelopment at the Technion and Cornell-Tech.
