Farther Farms is a food technology company working to make shelf-stable versions of traditionally frozen and refrigerated foods. Using innovative supercritical fluid processing technologies, we are creating a new category of products that can expand global access to quality food and reduce reliance on the cold chain for long-term supply chain sustainability. Our research and production facility in Rochester, New York is currently focused on shelf-stable French fry and potato products, and we're actively building our technical team to further expand R&D to capture the global market possibilities.
