We're a Cornell-Tech Runway company, founded by Oron Port, Phd. in the belief that digital hardware (FPGA) design can and should be accessible to anyone and "just work!". Oron received his PhD. in Electrical Engineering from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, where he researched dataflow HDLs. DFiant aims to streamline digital hardware design. For this purpose we are developing two products. One product is the DFiant Hardware Description Language (DFHDL), and provides a better abstraction (dataflow) for hardware description. Another product is the DFiant Remote (DFR) that provides access to FPGA tooling via the cloud without compromising on the seamlessness of local workflow.
